Gibson Park Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 72 unit multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to lead both office and maintenance teams while maintaining strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and operational performance. This property will have layered funding of LIHTC, PBV & HOME-ARP. Knowledge of these programs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead office and maintenance staff.
Oversee leasing, occupancy, collections, and unit readiness.
Manage vendors and maintain property standards.
Communicate proactively and follow through consistently.

Qualifications:

Must possess VERY strong organizational skills.
Multifamily property management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
