Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 72 unit multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to lead both office and maintenance teams while maintaining strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience in multi-family housing preferred
• LIHTC/HUD experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
