As Property Manager, you will: Lead an Exceptional Team Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. Create a positive culture focused on accountability, growth, and collaboration. Drive Business Success Maximize occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and NOI. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to drive results. Develop marketing strategies that increase traffic and leasing success. Protect the Asset Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Partner closely with your Service Manager to maintain outstanding curb appeal and property standards. Conduct regular inspections and proactively address opportunities for improvement. Lead with Innovation Utilize LUMA's technology-forward systems and tools to improve efficiency. Leverage data to make informed decisions that benefit residents and ownership alike. Continuously look for better ways to improve operations and the customer experience. QualificationsWhat You'll Bring We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional results. Preferred qualifications include: Minimum two years of continuous Property Manager experience (100+ units preferred) Strong financial management skills including budgeting, collections, reporting, and expense control Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily operations ARM®, CAM®, CAPS®, or other apartment industry designation preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance Passion for coaching others, solving problems, and creating a culture of excellence Why Leaders Choose LUMA Residential We know great leaders deserve a company that's equally committed to their success.
