Our Property Management firm offers a variety of services – including complete property management, leasing, vacation rental management and corporate housing. Serving Santa Cruz County since 1972, we are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and self-driven property manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and some commercial properties.

Job Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- CA Real estate license - must be affiliated with our brokerage upon hiring
- Experience: 3 years in residential real estate management
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and with superior time management
- Problem solver who demonstrates logical thinking and provides creative solutions
- Driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Quick learner with a high attention to detail
- AppFolio PMS experience preferred
- Skilled in technology (MS Office, etc)
- Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license
