Property Manager - Pt. Pleasant, WV

We are looking for a Full or Part-Time Property Manager to manage the property's daily operations and tenant relations for Twin Rivers Tower Apartments that is a HUD SEC. 8 Senior community with 108 units in Pt. Pleasant, WV.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages and supervises the administration, maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the property.
• Familiar with HUD terms of occupancy and provides information about the community to prospective tenants.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• On site housing available

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Computer proficiency (property management software, email, and basic office systems)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach to residents
• Must be able to pass background screening

Education and Experience:

• Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software preferred
• Part-time position may be considered depending on experience

Pay: $35,000 - $52,000 per year
