Property Manager - Twin Rivers Towers

Twin Rivers, a 108 unit HUD Section 8 elderly property, is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance, and resident services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations and staff
• Ensure HUD/Section 8 compliance
• Process certifications/recertifications and manage waitlist
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and reporting
• Coordinate with maintenance and address resident concerns

Qualifications:

• Property management experience required
• HUD/Section 8 experience preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with property management software (OneSite a plus)

Job Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday

Pay: $41,600-$52,000 per year
