What you bring:
- 2+ years of Property Manager experience (multi-family required)
- A strong track record in leadership, team development, and results
- Confidence in budgeting, recruiting, training, and day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- CAM, CAPS, or HCCP? Even better
