The Regional Facilities Manager will provide oversight, direction, and leadership to assigned Facility Managers across the organization.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities to ensure the physical structure and operations of properties meet the expectations of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits strong leadership and organizational skills. This role will oversee and provide guidance to Facilities Managers within their region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience

Experience: 5-7 years of Facility Management

Travel: 15-25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negotiate and monitor all scheduled services such as HVAC, fire suppression systems, life safety, preventative maintenance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various sites
  • Liaison between internal customers and facility team
  • Implement and supervise repair and maintenance programs
  • Provide operational support for resolving facility maintenance and repair issues across all facilities within a region
  • Provide guidance and support to Facilities managers within assigned region
  • Coordinate and manage both operational and capital budgets and spending
  • Assists with managing capital projects
  • Provide oversight of staff training
  • Creates SOP’s for repairs, maintenance, and other facility related activities
  • Participate in incident reporting, mitigation and emergency preparedness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files/data
  • Team player with exceptional leadership ability
  • High-level written or oral communication
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
