Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Swanzey/Keene, NH portfolio of properties. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance technician with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience.

We are a respected, New England-based property management company, and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Sr. Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Swanzey/Keene, NH area.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property.
- Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning.
- Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
- Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).
What You Bring:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
- Maintenance experience required (apartment or general repair).
- Possesses a basic set of hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks like bending, reaching, crawling, etc.
- Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule)
- The preferred candidate will live in the greater Portland/Scarborough area and must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
