Fore Property Company, a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at beautiful Class A community, Scouter’s Mountain, in Happy Valley, OR

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for executing the marketing and leasing strategy for the property along with the administrative duties, resident retention, rent collection and posting, reporting. Also assist with answering incoming calls, scheduling property tours with prospective residents and following up with prospects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring weekly occupancy and leasing reports/statistics.
  • Completing competitive property surveys. Craigslist postings, Active social media ambassador for the property.
  • Recommend incentives to drive occupancy.
  • Develop marketing materials.· Leasing process from start to finish.·
  • Develop relationships with residents and provide quality customer service.
  • Daily lead activity in CRM.· Greet new residents and assist with move-in process.
  • Assist the Business Manager as needed posting rent, 5-day notices, and all other duties requested by the Business Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of multifamily leasing experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year previous experience as an Assistant Manager required.
  • A strong skill set in administrative duties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENT Cafe platform a must
  • Social Media experience is a plus
  • Position required to provide weekend coverage
