Your Responsibilities
Presidential Gardens is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role. The community consists of 200 units of affordable housing located in Haverhill, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for processing applications, annual recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, processing work orders, and overall office support. This role will also provide support to the southern NH portfolio as needed.
