Description

Assistant Property Manager
Presidio Square Apartments | On-site

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a dependable team, this could be a great next step.

Harmoniq Residential, part of the Inland Family of Companies, is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support our community at Presidio Square Apartments. You’ll work closely with an experienced Property Manager and a stable on-site team that values communication, consistency, and follow-through.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both operations and resident support. You’ll have structure, support, and the opportunity to build confidence in property management over time.

What this role is really like

  • You’ll work side by side with an experienced Property Manager, not independently
  • Your days will be structured, but never repetitive
  • You’ll build relationships with residents and become a trusted, familiar presence
  • You’ll be part of a team that relies on each other and communicates openly

What you’ll do

  • Support day-to-day operations of the community alongside the Property Manager
  • Assist residents with questions, concerns, and account-related needs in a professional, approachable way
  • Help with rent collection, payment tracking, and resident account follow-up
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance to ensure work is completed on time
  • Support leasing efforts including tours and prospect communication when needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and welcoming community environment

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of residential property management or leasing experience
  • A strong customer-service mindset and genuine care for residents
  • Comfort working with rent collection and basic financial tasks
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication and a team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus

You’ll be a great fit if you

  • Like being the “go-to” person residents and teammates can rely on
  • Stay calm and steady in a busy environment
  • Follow through on details and keep things organized
  • Enjoy balancing people interaction with operational tasks
  • Want a stable role where you can continue to grow your skills over time

Why join Harmoniq Residential

This is a team where people stay, support each other, and take pride in their work. You won’t be left to figure things out alone, and your role will be an important part of keeping the community running smoothly.

We are part of Inland Family of Companies, Wisconsin’s largest full-service real estate firm, with a long-standing reputation built on integrity and strong relationships.

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive pay
  • Three medical plan options
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • 401(k) with company match starting on your first paycheck
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Educational assistance
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays

Ready to take the next step? We’d love to hear from you.
