Property Management Coordinator
Presidio Square Apartments, Milwaukee, WI

Looking for a next step in property management where you’re supported, not left on your own?
Harmoniq Residential, part of Inland Family of Companies, is hiring a Property Management Coordinator to join our team at Presidio Square Apartments. This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing or property management experience who is ready to grow into a more operational role, with hands-on support from an experienced Property Manager.
This is not a sink-or-swim environment. You’ll work side by side with a tenured leader who values communication, consistency, and helping their team succeed.
What this role looks like day to day
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:
- Start your day reviewing resident accounts and aligning with the Property Manager on priorities
- Support residents with billing questions, account updates, and general concerns in a calm, professional way
- Assist with rent collection, payment tracking, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to keep things running smoothly
- Jump in on leasing tours or prospect communication when needed
- Keep records organized and ensure everything stays compliant with fair housing guidelines
You’ll be a visible, trusted presence in the community and someone both residents and your team can rely on.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 1–3+ years of leasing or property management experience
- Strong customer-service mindset and a genuine care for people
- Comfort with basic financial tasks like rent collection and account follow-up
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a team-first approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus
