Location: Export, PA 

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Compliance: Support HUD/Section 8 certifications and documentation.
• Leasing: Handle inquiries, tours, and resident applications.
• Operations: Assist with rent collection, bookkeeping, and unit inspections.
• Resident Service: Provide professional, empathetic support to our community.

What You Bring

• Experience: Section 8/HUD experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organization and a "resident-first" attitude.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Must be proficient in using technology to complete daily tasks (email, digital records, and property software).

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
