Compensation
Up to $95,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the operations of a large, well-established HOA community consisting of more than 875 homes with extensive amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about community management, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, professional, and experienced in all aspects of HOA operations and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the HOA community and amenities
- Manage clubhouse, pool, tennis court, and common area operations
- Supervise onsite staff, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Assist the Board in achieving operational, financial, and long-term community goals
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with Florida HOA laws, governing documents, and association policies
- Coordinate board meetings, community communications, and operational updates
- Maintain high standards for community appearance and resident satisfaction
- Handle homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
- HOA/community association management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HOA operations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and timely manner
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
