About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the full operations of a beautiful oceanfront condominium community consisting of 174 units.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to residents, board members, and the community as a whole. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in all aspects of condominium association management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the community
- Oversee maintenance operations, property appearance, and vendor performance
- Supervise onsite staff and contractors
- Assist the Board in achieving operational and financial goals for the association
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning
- Ensure compliance with Florida statutes, association governing documents, and policies
- Coordinate board meetings, annual meetings, and community communications
- Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently
- Oversee projects, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements
Qualifications:
- Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
- Minimum 3+ years of condominium/community association management experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Florida condominium laws and association operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and property operations preferred
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
