Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) – Oceanfront Condominium



Compensation

Up to $100,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)



About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the full operations of a beautiful oceanfront condominium community consisting of 174 units.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to residents, board members, and the community as a whole. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in all aspects of condominium association management.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community
  • Oversee maintenance operations, property appearance, and vendor performance
  • Supervise onsite staff and contractors
  • Assist the Board in achieving operational and financial goals for the association
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning
  • Ensure compliance with Florida statutes, association governing documents, and policies
  • Coordinate board meetings, annual meetings, and community communications
  • Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Oversee projects, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
  • Minimum 3+ years of condominium/community association management experience REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of Florida condominium laws and association operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and property operations preferred
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
