About the Role

Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team, dedicated to managing luxury multifamily communities with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee property operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure the financial success and growth of our properties. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders with a proven track record of managing multifamily housing, adept at fostering community engagement and managing budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of luxury multifamily communities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Lead and motivate on-site property teams to achieve operational and resident service goals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage capital improvement projects.
  • Implement strategies to maximize resident retention and community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing luxury or multifamily residential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in financial management, including budgeting and NOI optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stress effectively.
  • Professional certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are a plus but not required.
