Job Description:

Facilities Manager

Pay Range: $95,000–$125,000 Annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across a growing, multi-site oncology and hematology practice. This role ensures all clinical and support environments—including infusion centers, labs, pharmacies, and research spaces—are safe, compliant, and fully operational to support high-quality patient care.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and can balance operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost management.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure uptime of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, backup power, water systems)
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs and coordinate urgent repairs
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
  • Support regulatory compliance (OSHA, Department of Health, USP <797>/<800>)
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders on facility needs
  • Lead or support construction, renovations, and space planning
  • Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in oncology or specialty medical environments
  • Familiarity with USP <797>/<800> or healthcare construction
  • CFM or CHFM certification

Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. 
 

Work Environment

The work environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations, and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment. Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require minimal travel by automobile to office sites.
