SeaView Community Services is a nationally accredited, nonprofit behavioral health organization serving the Eastern Kenai Peninsula. We provide a full continuum of mental health and substance use treatment services and are committed to strengthening our communities through compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Do

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of multiple facilities, including clinical offices, residential treatment programs, and employee housing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all preventative and corrective maintenance activities across SeaView properties.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and building inspections.
  • Coordinate repairs with outside contractors and vendors.
  • Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion.
  • Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire safety, and life safety systems.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, life safety, accreditation, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, purchasing, inventories, and vendor contracts.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate after-hours repairs as needed.
  • Maintain organization vehicles and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and facility readiness.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors while promoting a culture of safety, stewardship, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is proactive, organized, and enjoys improving systems.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, construction, or property management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple buildings or campuses.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, and preventative maintenance.
  • Experience managing contractors, budgets, and capital projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, education, or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
