Facilities Manager

Beach House Center for Recovery is a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional substance use and mental health treatment. 
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, appearance, and daily operations of our multiple facilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and lead Maintenance Technician across multiple facilities.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain strong working relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
• Ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Communicate project updates and major maintenance issues to executive leadership.
• Review and approve employee timecards, PTO requests, and expense reports.
• Prepare weekly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with DCF,Joint Commission and applicable other healthcare regulations.
• Support emergency maintenance situations as needed. 

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 3 years of facilities or maintenance management experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site facilities experience is highly desirable.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency response as operational needs require
