American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the coordination, oversight, and continuous improvement of our facility operations across office and administrative spaces. This role ensures our facilities are safe, organized, functional, and professional…supporting employees, visitors, and customers while enabling efficient day-to-day operations across the business. This role requires experience managing both office environments and vendor-driven facility operations.

What You’ll Do
Facility Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations across office and administrative spaces
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and building services
- Coordinate facility work with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor facility conditions and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Workspace Planning & Optimization
- Coordinate office layouts, seating arrangements, and workspace planning
- Support office moves, department reconfigurations, and workspace optimization
- Ensure workspaces remain organized, professional, and functional
Office Operations & Supplies
- Manage procurement, inventory, and stocking of office supplies and materials
- Coordinate vendor relationships for office-related services and purchases
- Track and manage budgets related to office supplies and facility operations
Vendor & Service Coordination
- Manage third-party vendors including cleaning services, maintenance providers, and building services
- Coordinate vendor schedules and ensure service quality and compliance
- Ensure vendors meet company safety and access requirements
Facility Requests & Employee Support
- Respond to and track internal facility requests
- Coordinate workspace modifications, equipment installations, and upgrades
- Communicate status updates to employees and leadership
Safety & Compliance Support
- Ensure facility areas meet company safety standards and compliance requirements
- Partner with safety teams to address facility-related concerns
- Support inspections and audit readiness
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and employee experience
- Recommend and support implementation of facility upgrades aligned with company growth
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered
Experience
- 5+ years of facilities management, office management, or operations coordination experience required
- Experience coordinating building maintenance, vendor services, and facility upgrades
- Experience supporting office operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and facility-related projects simultaneously
- Strong vendor management and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate facility needs and implement practical improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

REQUIREMENTS
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Ability to verify identity and employment authorization (Form I-9)
- Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (including 10 C.F.R. Part 810, EAR, and/or ITAR), where applicable
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and participate in randomized drug testing during employment
- Ability to meet the posted work schedule and required hours
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to wear required PPE when in shop or manufacturing areas
- Willingness to complete required safety, compliance, and role-specific training
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Douglassville, PA
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout office and shop environments regularly
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Ability to safely navigate shop floor environments including stairs and platforms
- Ability to work in both office and industrial environments while following safety requirements
Work Environment

- Regular movement between office spaces and operational areas
- Exposure to industrial conditions including noise, equipment, and active operations
- Required use of PPE when entering shop or operational areas
