About the Role

Leasing Manager – The Preserve - Salary: $52,000–$58,000

It’s a Saturday morning.
Tours are lined up. The office is active. The team is moving — but not always in the same direction.
One leasing consultant is strong with people but inconsistent with follow-up. Another is organized but struggles to close. A prospect walks out “still thinking about it.”

That gap?
That’s the role.

We’re hiring a Leasing Manager at The Preserve — someone who can step in, create structure, develop the team, and turn activity into actual results.

What This Role Really Is
This isn’t just managing a leasing office.
This role is about owning leasing performance — from lead management to tours to follow-up to signed leases.

It sits at the intersection of:
  • Sales leadership
  • Team development
  • Customer experience
  • Operational execution
You’re not just part of the process — you’re responsible for how well it works.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and developing the leasing team day-to-day
  • Driving leasing performance, traffic conversion, and occupancy goals
  • Coaching team members on tours, closing, and follow-up strategies
  • Managing lead flow, CRM activity, and response times
  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality prospect experience
  • Supporting marketing and outreach efforts to generate traffic
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competition
  • Partnering with property leadership to align leasing strategy with property goals

What We’re Looking For
The right person for this role:
  • Knows how to turn traffic into leases — not just activity
  • Can coach different personalities and skill levels effectively
  • Pays attention to details that impact conversion
  • Holds the team accountable without creating friction
  • Communicates clearly and leads with confidence
  • Understands both the sales side and the operational side of leasing
  • Brings consistency, structure, and energy to the team

What This Role Is NOT
  • Not just scheduling tours and helping when needed
  • Not reactive, day-to-day problem solving
  • Not a passive leadership position
Anyone can keep the office running.

We’re looking for someone who can drive performance, develop people, and improve results.

Why The Preserve
This role directly impacts:
  • Occupancy and leasing performance
  • The development and success of the leasing team
  • The overall experience prospects have when they visit
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your impact is visible — and measurable.
