About the Role:

As a Maintenance Manager with Midwest Best Block, you are responsible for:

• Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel
• Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible)
• Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them
• Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment
• Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment
• Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication)
• Evaluating Cost and Inventory Control
• Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance)\
• Utilization of a CMMS program

About You:

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses
• Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions
• (They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management, and Be Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role.) 
• Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
