Maintenance Manager Core Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
Coordinate daily and weekly operational inspections to ensure efficient and uninterrupted facility performance
Manage maintenance budgets, material expenditures, and inventory while identifying cost-saving opportunities
Participate in on-call maintenance support as needed to address urgent equipment or facility issues
Qualifications - Maintenance ManagerMaintenance Manager Qualifications
5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
2+ years’ experience in a management role
Strong leadership skills
Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance
Comfortable using computers – including ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs
Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
Positive and determined attitude
