What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing programs.
Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations.
Guide new development lease-ups from pre-leasing to full occupancy.
Supervise on-site staff and partner with maintenance teams.
Monitor property performance, budgets, and reporting requirements.
Help create welcoming communities where residents can thrive.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
Experience in affordable housing property management.
Knowledge of LIHTC compliance and resident certifications.
Experience with lease-ups of new affordable housing communities.
Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
LIHTC certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
