Aishel Real Estate is a growing Pittsburgh-based property management and development company managing nearly 400 residential units across multiple neighborhoods, along with commercial properties and an active development pipeline.
We are looking for a driven, people-focused Property Manager to take ownership of tenant relations across our residential portfolio. This is a high-impact role with real responsibility from day one — and significant room to grow as our portfolio expands.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resident relations contact across a 6 property residential portfolio
- Handle all tenant communications — lease inquiries, maintenance issues, complaints, etc. — with professionalism and urgency
- Manage the full eviction process from notice through court proceedings in compliance with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and maintain accurate unit condition records
- Assist in tenant screening—applications, background checks, income verification, and references
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of work orders
- Monitor delinquencies and follow up on late rent payments
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Support senior management on special projects and new property onboarding as our portfolio grows
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of property management or residential real estate experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law and the eviction process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you will be the face of Aishel to our tenants
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure — tenant relations requires patience, professionalism, and problem-solving
- Proficiency with property management software (RentManager)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- A genuine interest in real estate and long-term growth in the industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 — $70,000 depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: based on occupancy and collections metrics
- Growth Opportunity: clear path to senior PM role as new investments and development pipeline comes online
