Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resident relations contact across a 6 property residential portfolio

Handle all tenant communications — lease inquiries, maintenance issues, complaints, etc. — with professionalism and urgency

Manage the full eviction process from notice through court proceedings in compliance with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and maintain accurate unit condition records

Assist in tenant screening—applications, background checks, income verification, and references

Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of work orders

Monitor delinquencies and follow up on late rent payments

Maintain accurate records in property management software

Support senior management on special projects and new property onboarding as our portfolio grows

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of property management or residential real estate experience preferred

Working knowledge of Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law and the eviction process

Strong written and verbal communication skills — you will be the face of Aishel to our tenants

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities simultaneously

Calm under pressure — tenant relations requires patience, professionalism, and problem-solving

Proficiency with property management software (RentManager)

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation

A genuine interest in real estate and long-term growth in the industry
