About Us:

Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming the way buildings run. In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 250 buildings. Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s lives

Overview:

The Senior Property Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of high-touch condos and co-op buildings. This person serves as the primary advisor to boards, owns the overall building experience, and ensures accountability across operations, financial performance, compliance, and capital projects. Unlike traditional models, they are supported by specialized Daisy teams (facilities, finance, compliance, resident operations, and project management), enabling them to focus on leadership, decision-making, and board-level advisory rather than administrative coordination. Please note internally this role is titled Senior Account Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for condo/co-op boards
  • Lead board meetings and provide clear, strategic guidance on building operations, budgets, and capital projects
  • Oversee day-to-day building performance across operations, staffing, vendors, and resident experience
  • Partner with internal Daisy teams to ensure execution across facilities, compliance, finance, and projects
  • Manage escalations and complex building issues with professionalism and strong judgment
  • Review financials, support budgeting, and advise boards on financial and operational priorities
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across capital projects and NYC Local Law compliance
  • Drive proactive communication, responsiveness, and operational excellence across assigned buildings

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of NYC condo/co-op property management experience
  • Strong experience working directly with boards, residents, and high-touch buildings
  • Deep understanding of NYC building operations, vendors, staffing, and compliance
  • Strong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, reserves, and capital planning)
  • Experience managing capital projects and Local Law compliance
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong ownership mentality

Compensation:

This role offers a salary of $110K-$140K, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
