Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to manage a growing portfolio on the west side?
As our Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of about 20 apartment buildings. You will be responsible for leasing, collections and basis maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications
- Apartment property management experience overseeing dozens of buildings
- Experience managing on-site staff such as leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and janitorial staff
- Maintenance and leasing expertise
- Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms
- A car, valid driver's license, and car insurance
- Competitive pay of 60000-75000 USD/year including bonuses
